PROJECT ANNOTATION:
Project is focused on research of emerging trends and issues in marketing and management in organizations. Specifically, the project covers (investigates) use of ICT in the areas of the human resource management and internet marketing. First part of the project aims at defining and connecting e-business area with B2E (business to employees) and E2E (employees to employees). Second part of the project focuses especially on B2C (business to customers) and partially on B2B (business to business) in the Czech Republic. Close attention will be paid to new trends in human resource management and their application in contemporary organizations. Mentioned topics and direction of the research is connected with running research focus of project coordinators and especially with dissertations of Ph.D. students. The topics also fully correspond with research orientation of Department of Marketing, Trade and Services (KMO) and Department of Business Economics and Management. Outputs of the project will be published in journals indexed in Scopus and WoS. The members of project team will be participated in international conferences to present research results and also to exchange and to share information and discuss current research issues.
