CHARAKTERISTIKA PROJEKTU:
The theme of the project is Integrated Talent Management which is one of the key challenges to the V4 organisations now and in the future. The aim of the project is to share and transfere experiences and best practices with the application of talent management practices in V4 organisations. The core of this project is research focuses on analysis a comparison of the current state of application of Integrated Talent Management in V4 organisations and publishing the monograph with research results and the examples of the best practices.
